injuries including, burns, cuts, eye injuries, or amputation if cord is used improperly. Recoil can cause injuries, especially when recoil is unexpected. When unplugging from
device, hold cable end when retracting to maintain control of recoil. Do not wrap cord around finger, neck, arm, leg, or other appendage or body part. Do not allow
anyone to touch or come in contact with the retractable cord while in use, unplug cord from device while not in use. Stop using the retractable cord if it becomes
frayed, damaged, or shows signs of significant wear. Be aware that moving cords can cause injury, avoid contact with bare skin etc. Please heed these warnings and use
retractable cord with caution.

Assumption of Risk: The client assumes all responsibility and risk for the use of the custom products. Stage Ninja shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the custom products.
